IPL- Boon or Curse for India?

The season is on; every discussion table is flooded with the sensation of the cricket world- the Indian Premiere League -The richest cricket tournament.

Every year  after the schedule of IPL is announced, it is the hot topic of discussion in every  small family function , dinner table , morning breakfast, college library, school’s morning assembly (as students are more busy with their hot discussion rather than principal’s speech) and even for the corporate...
With this, whether IPL- is a BOON or CURSE for India is the question in every mind.

The Indian Premiere League - a BOON for India.

No doubt that IPL is providing International platform to the young cricketers. And not only to the domestic cricketers, but to the international cricketers also.

The young players are getting chance to play with the star icons and senior players like Sachin, Dravid, Gayle, Muralidharan, Ricky Ponting etc from all over the world. Playing against and playing with is really brings a lots of difference. This has brought the cricketing nations and the cricket players closer.

Ocean of money:
IPL is an ocean where everyone involved from cricket player (domestic or international) to cheers leader and betting business, buying golden crown in a single season.
There is no any other cricket league in the world where people are making billion of dollars. IPL is in the number top position in the world of cricket business wise. Moreover, this affects the Indian economy directly.

IPL not only giving money to cricketers to play but creating numbers of job too.

Glamour Spice:
IPL- Money-Entertainment And Glamour. This is also bringing different industry people together in the Battle Field. Film Industry, Big Corporate House, Star Icons of Cricket world like Vijay Mallya,
Shahrukh, Prity Zinta, Shilpa Shetty, etc, either to cheer up their team and against the opposite team.

These add extra spices to such cricket tournament.

India as the super power in the cricket world:
The IPL affecting the international cricket matches schedule as well. It is the power of money flowing that the great players wish to play for Indian franchisees instead of playing for their nation.

Is there any possibility of turning the tournament as a Curse...?

It is good that a player from Punjab is playing for Bangalore, Chennai, or any other state. Similarly, players from different place and zones are playing for different areas than the one they belong to. This shows the unity of India. But at the same point, the India is not watching the IPL cricket matches.

Here India is divided into Royal Challengers of Bangalore, Chennai Super King, Kolkata Knight Riders ...Pune warriors, Delhi Daredevils etc.

Everyone saw what happened with Virat Kohli in Mumbai. When the same Koli plays a match in Indian team, whole stadium will echo with the CHEERS for Kohli.

Moreover, Do I need to remind you the case of Ravindra Jadeja in sarcasm...?
Is it not breaking down the frail India into pieces?

Is it not like market again dividing and ruling over India?

Important funda of making money, which we learnt from OUR great Marketing-Fianace-HR professors-Britishes- divide, and make people fight among themselves and make money out of it.

Again the people at cream are increasing their bank balance not the grassroots is getting the benefits..!!!
